· Our liquid CaCl2 ice and snow melter is a clear colorless liquid with typical concentrations from 28 to 38 percent calcium chloride.

With the ability to eliminate ice and snow more efficiently than all the common deicing products from rock salt, sodium chloride, to magnesium chloride, Calcium chloride is used broadly for melting ice and snow on driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, highways, and airports.

Calcium chloride is hygroscopic, which means it attracts moisture from air and surroundings. The moisture absorbed helps suppress dust, keep road surfaces damp and fortify road bases for new construction.

Because Calcium chloride has low vapor pressure and therefore resists evaporation, a single application lasts a long time.

 

3. FCC Food Grade

Coalescentrum Inc. supplies the highest quality food grade calcium chloride that meets the Food Chemical Codex (FCC), 5th Edition, specifications for impurity limits.

· Our FCC liquid food grade calcium chloride (CaCl2) is a clear, colorless and odorless liquid with typical concentrations from 28 to 38 percent.

· Our FCC dry food grade calcium chloride (CaCl2) is a white granule with 93 to 95 percent anhydrous CaCl2.

Calcium Chloride can be used as a sequestrant and firming agent. In European Union its food additive code is E509. Calcium Chloride can be utilized as a preservative to increase the firmness of canned fruits and vegetables. It can also be added as an electrolyte in bottled drinks and beverage. 

 

4. NSF Grade

Liquid Calcium Chloride (CaCl2)

Coalescentrum Inc. supplies NSF grade calcium chloride that complies with NSF/ANSI 60. This product is produced specifically for drinking water treatment.

· Our NSF grade liquid calcium chloride (CaCl2) is an odorless, slightly alkaline, colorless fluid with a typical concentration of 32 to 38 percent by weight.

45 of 50 US states and 9 of 13 Canadian provinces/territories require that all chemicals added to drinking water during treatment be certificated to NSF/ANSI Standard 60 "Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals -- health Effects". 

 

5. Concrete Accelerator

Coalescentrum Inc. supplies calcium chloride Concrete Accelerator.

· Our dry CaCl2 Concrete Accelerator include:

1) 77% white flake dihydrate calcium chloride

2) 77% white pellet dihydrate calcium chloride

3) 93% to 95% white powder or granule anhydrous calcium chloride

4) 93% to 95% white pellet anhydrous calcium chloride

 Calcium chloride added in concrete reduces setting time and allowing concrete to be usable sooner.
